A RESOLUTION FOR ARPA DRAW #12
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and
WHEREAS, IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE GRANT FUNDING AWARDED, THE DISTRICT MUST COMPLY WITH ALL ARPA AND DNRC PROCEDURES; AND
WHEREAS, in order to be reimbursed for expenses by ARPA (the American Rescue Plan Act) the appropriate draw documents must be submitted; and
WHEREAS, the expenses identified in the ARPA Draw #12 for payment to Great West Engineering invoice # 31213 in the amount of $1,656.00 (one thousand six hundred fifty six dollars and no cents); Vendor Invoice for Trenchless Solutions for the well house fence in the amount of $24,767.20 (twenty four thousand seven hundred sixty seven dollars and twenty cents) for a grand total of $26,423.20 (twenty six thousand four hundred twenty three dollars and twenty cents) are accurate and reasonable, they have been approved by the District Board of Directors.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District approves submitting ARPA Draw Request #12 for a total of $26,423.20 (twenty six thousand four hundred twenty three dollars and twenty cents) and authorizes the District to submit any and all documentation required.
