A RESOLUTION FOR ARPA DRAW #11

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and

WHEREAS, in order to receive the Grant Funding awarded, the District must comply with all ARPA and DNRC procedures; and

WHEREAS, in order to be reimbursed for the project expenses by ARPA (the American Rescue Plan Act), the appropriate draw documents must be submitted; and

WHEREAS, the expenses identified in the ARPA Draw#11 for payment to Great West Engineering for invoice #30815 for $2,093.50 (two thousand ninty three dollars and fifty cents) and Fergeson invoice #0870166 for $187.07 (one hundred eighty seven dollars and seven cents) and Fergeson credit memo #CM070693 for -$122.16 (negative one hundred twenty two dollars and sixteen cents) are accurate and reasonable, they have been approved by the District Board of Directors.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District approves submitting ARPA Draw request #11 for a total of $2,158.41 (two thousand one hundred fifty eight dollars and forty one cents and authorizes the District to submit any and all documentation required.
