A RESOLUTION FOR ARPA DRAW # 9…
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and
WHEREAS, in order to receive the grant funding awarded, th3e District must comply with all ARPA and DNRC procedures; and
WHEREAS, in order to be reimbursed for expenses by ARPA (the American Rescue Plan Act) the appropriate draw documents must be submitted; and
WHEREAS, the expenses identified in the ARPA Draw#9 for payment to GreatWest Engineering invoice #30164 in the amount of $3,662.20 (three thousand six hundred sixty two dollars and twenty cents) ; payment to Fergeson Waterworks in the amount of $8,653.49 (eight thousand six hundred fifty three dollars and forty nine cents); a reimbursement to the District for Costco receipt $199.99 (one hundred ninty nine dollars and ninty nine cents) for Water Meter Tablet and payment to Mickelson Plumbing for $14,062.50 (fourteen thousand sixty two dollars and fifty cents) are accurate and reasonable, they have been approved by the District Board of Directors.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District approves submitting ARPA Draw request #9 for a total of $26,578.18 ( twenty six thousand five hundred seventy eight dollars and eighteen cents) and authorizes the District to submit any and all documentation required.
