A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT A REPLACEMENT DIRECTOR

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and

WHEREAS, the District has one position open for a partial term of 15 months beginning February 6, 2019 until the Special District Election to be held May 2020; and;

WHEREAS, pursuant to MCA 7-13-2262 (3) and (4), any vacancy on the board must be filled by the remaining directors; and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District declare that Meggan Quigley has been elected by acclimation as director of the Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District for a 15 month term.
