Meeting Minutes

January 2nd, 2019 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call:  Cyndie Winchell, Barb Powell, Dusty Deschamps, Paula Niccum.  System member Meggan Quigley and Andy Mefford also attended.

Approval of Minutes:  Motion to approve minutes as posted on site was made by Dusty, seconded by Cyndie.  Motion carried, minutes approved.

Financial Information:  Financial report from September read, Paula made motion to approve, Dusty Seconded, motion carried, financials approved.

Public Input: None.

Old Business: None.

New Business:  Andy Mefford from PCI spoke to us about bacteria hits.  He does not see the need to do leak testing on the upper service zone.  He is in communication with the DEQ for ongoing testing and troubleshooting through process of elimination.  He has called to propose to hour pressure testing instead of a full leak detection.  He is looking for the most moderate solution. 

He did get a hit at Barb’s house on Ola, checked for hits upstream, downstream and Barb’s house again.  The second time the test at Barbs house and the house upstream were good, the house downstream had a bad test.
