Meeting Minutes

December 5th, 2018 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call:  Barb, Cyndie, Paula, Kari, Dusty

Approval of Minutes:  Motion was made by Kari, seconded by Dusty to pass the November minutes as posted on the website.  All in favor, motion passed & minutes approved.

Financial Information:  Cyndie Read the August financials from the County.  There were questions about some of the designations of some amounts.  Board agreed to research further and vote on approval after information is complete.

Public Input: None.

Old Business:  None.

New Business:

Resolution for Bond Payment:  Dusty made a motion to approve the resolution for payment of water system bond.  Paula seconded, motion carried, bond payment approved.  

Bad water test on Friday:  Andy Mefford from PCI, our water system operator, had a bed water test in the neighborhood on Friday, and spoke to Barb about it.  DEQ has us on a level 2 assessment, they will meet with our system operator and any interested and available board members.

Discussion with Andy about the vault on the hill next to the water tank- He has had 4G plumbing out to look at it, he is waiting for a proposal.  He has also looked into pouring a concrete floor in the well pump house.

Audit:  Barb is working on the Audit and it should be ready by the next meeting.  She also expects to have the projected budget by the next meeting.
