A RESOLUTION …

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A.; and

WHEREAS, Brian Hensel as a operator of the Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District went above and beyond the normal duties of an operator for many years.  Brian was instrumental in helping to establish our operating guidelines and procedures.  He was dependable and responsible for our water system since its inception.  He did his best to insure our residents had safe, clean and reliable service.

WHEREAS, Brian Hensel provided excellent service to the District and it’s members, we the Board of the Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District feel that a gesture of gratitude for that service is warranted. 

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that we the Board of Directors of the Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District feel it is appropriate to compensate Brian Hensel in the amount of $300.00 (Three Hundred Dollars).
