Resolution 2018-03 District Booster Station Property Credit
A resolution authorizing a Water Credit to Mike Huber
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A.; and
WHEREAS, the District has the responsibility of maintaining the property it owns
WHEREAS, over the past several years, Mike Huber, a District resident, has been responsible for the trimming and weed mitigation of the District’s Booster station property
WHEREAS, hiring aa private company for such maintenance would cost the District significant money
WHEREAS, it seems appropriate to provide a water credit in the amount of $100.00 to the Huber account for excellent maintenance of District property
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorize a payment to the Mike Huber’s water district accountl in the amount of $100.00 (one hundred dollars).
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17 day of September 2018.
