Special Meeting 6:30 p.m., 6.19.2018. Meeting location: well pump house

This meeting was held in order to discuss the search for a new operator for the system. As recorded in the June 6 2018 meeting minutes, our current operator, Brian Hensel tendered his resignation as of June 30. The board has been seeking referrals, researching options and checking references since receiving the notice. Members have been sharing information via email. We met at the well house to discuss the information, contract language and to vote. After reviewing the information together, a motion was made by Dusty, seconded by Paula. Motion was approved and new service provider will be contacted to insure a smooth transition. The new provider will be Professional Consultants, Inc.
The board members also inspected the new work that was performed in the well house. A blow off tee was installed so that the wells can be cleared of chlorine after the well chlorination that is sometimes necessary during high run off.
A motion was made to adjourn by Dusty, seconded by Paula. Motion carried, meeting adjourned.
