Meeting Minutes

November 1st, 2017 06:00 PM at East Missoula Fire Department

Roll Call: Cyndie, Barb, Kari

Approval of Minutes: Kari Approved, Barb seconded, motion carried. 

Financial Information: Barb read August financial report.  Motion made to approve by Kari, seconded by Cyndie, motion carried, financials approved.

Public Input: None.

Old Business: 

Marshall Grade upgrades and booster valve repair – discuss with Brian regarding the curb stop. 

Board has been having problems with delays of claim payment and claims being lost.  Cyndie is in communication with the County. 

Cyndie is in the process of establishing a line of credit for the purchase of new meters and will update board at next meeting.

Updating the meeting signs – tabled until next meeting. 

A resolution was made for Director compensation and Fire Department donation. Kari made a motion for Director compensation, Barb seconded, motion passed. Kari made a motion to donate $325 to East Missoula Fire Department as a donation, Barb seconded, motion passed.

New Business:

Valve cycling in Booster House Test Results – tabled until next meeting

Application for Workmen’s Comp for Meter Reader Position – Cyndie is still looking into it. 

 Adjournment:

Motion to adjourn made by Kari, seconded by Barb.  Motion carried, meeting adjourned.
