Meeting Minutes

May 4th, 2016 06:00 PM at Lutheran Church

Roll Call: Kari Wafsted, Barb Powell, Cyndie Winchell, Paula Niccum

Approval of Minutes: Motion made by Kari to approve minutes as read and posted on website.  Cyndie seconded, motion carried, minutes approved

Financial Information: March financials read by Barb, motion made to approve as read by Cyndie, seconded by Kari, motion carried, financials approved

Public Input: None.

Old Business: No copy of a letter from the health department regarding burning on the sewer lot was received by the district so we assume no letter was sent to the Darrah Job house regarding the issue.  Cyndie and Barb are meeting Tuesday with Kirsten Pabst and John Hart about violations, and what can be done. 

Heater replacement in the pump house: The electrician called about cost being above quote, some connections were found that were incorrect from last repair.  Should not  have to replace anything for a long time.

New Business:  

The sewer lot tanks were pumped May 4.  The plan is to schedule pumping to be done every two years.  

 

The bid for fencing sewer lot was $2700 to do property the line common to the Darrah Job property.  The district needs to get more bids.

 

Spring Chlorination should be happening starting Friday.  The district does this as a precautionary measure during high run off season.

 

Mowing of the sewer lot: Adam Pummill will do it and will be paid The same rate as the last mowers.  Motion made by Kari, seconded by Barb, motion carried.  He can be offered a credit on his water bill in exchange.

 

Motion to adjourn made by Cyndie, seconded by Kari, meeting adjourned.
