Meeting Minutes
December 2nd, 2015 06:00 PM at Lutheran Church
Roll Call:
Barb Powell, Cyndie Winchell, Mike Lilley, Paula Niccum, Kari Wafstet.
Approval of Minutes: Motion made by Mike to approve minutes as posted on website, seconded by Kari, motion passed to approve minutes as read.
Financial Information: Financials read. Motion to approve as read made by Mike, 2nd by Kari, motion passed to approve as read.
Public Input: Mike Lilley received the cancelled bond.
Old Business:
- Darrah-Job: Bill is late. Katherine Job was contacted, said she had sent a check. Not received yet. Bookkeeper does now have contact address for her to bill.

Audit: Needs to be completed by end of next month. County website is ready to use.

Repair on Old Marshall Grade: Should take 3-5 days to do the work, should begin week of Dec 6-12. Work to include replacing existing lines with service lines to 4 residences from new main to curb stop and installation of a hydrant. Hydrant portion will be paid for by 4 residences on the line.

Sorenson residence: Sorenson to move back into residence, balance due will be caught up.
New Business:

Resolution 2015-13 made to make bond payment and letter of authorization of same. Motion made by Paula, 2nd by Kari, motion passed.
Sewer lot: Pins found, estimates for fencing are being solicited. Will get estimates for fencing east side as well as entire lot with drive through gate.
Chlorination last month occurred because there was a power loss to the upper system. Chlorination performed for 5 days.
Another set of keys for the system will be purchased so that Barb and Kari each have a set. Mike Huber still has a set because he puts out the meeting signs and mows the lot at the tank on the hill.
