Meeting Minutes: November 4, 2015 6:00 pm Bonner Lutheran Church
Roll call: Barb Powell, Cyndie Winchell, Mike Lilley, Paula Niccum, Kari Wafstet.
Approval of minutes: Motion made by Mike to approve minutes as posted on website, seconded by Kari, motion passed to approve minutes as read.
Financial Information
Financials read. Motion to approve as read made by Mike, 2nd by Kari, motion passed to approve as read.
Future financial information provided to board by new bookkeeper will include water usage ( a meter reading report).
Public Input
The county passed a resolution in response to House Bill 334 that requires minutes to be submitted to the county after they are posted and approved by the board, within 30 days after approval.
Old Business
Darrah-Job residence- They are still dumping stuff on the sewer lot. Board discussed fencing the border between their property and the sewer lot. 3 bids will be solicited.The access to their shut off is repeatedly obstructed.
Mowing for the sewer lot has been compensated.
Audit of books is pending a check as to whether the county website is useable yet.
2015-12 was written to donate $200.00 to Bonner Lutheran church for use of their room for 12 monthly meetings. Motion made by Cyndie, 2nd by Paula, motion passed.
New Business
Board received 3 bids for repairing line on the hill. Much more expensive than original estimate, cost prohibitive at this point. We are still looking at options and continuing research. We will come up with a bottom line and discuss at next meeting.
