A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PAYMENT TO THE LUTHERAN CHURCH
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and
WHEREAS, the District holds its board meetings on the first Wednesday of each month; and
WHEREAS, the District holds each of its meetings at the Our Savior Lutheran Church using its meeting room; and
WHEREAS, renting an alternative location for meetings would cost the District a reasonable amount of money; and
WHEREAS, it seems appropriate to make a contribution to the Our Savior Lutheran Church to compensate them for allowing the District the use of their facilities; and
WHEREAS, in previous years our donations for facilities has totaled $200.00 (two hundred dollars); and
WHEREAS, the District would like to make its contribution available to the recipient for use as needed during the holiday season.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorize a payment to the Our Savior Lutheran Church in the amount of $200.00 (two hundred dollars).
