A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REFUND OF OVERPAYMENT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A; and

WHEREAS, the District has received payments from the Aikins family in excess of their actual account balance; and

WHEREAS, the Aikins are no longer residents or customers of the District; and

WHEREAS, the Aikins account is in good standing; and

WHEREAS, the District has determined it would be appropriate to refund $46.13 to the Aikins family.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorize a single, one-time payment of $46.13 to the Aikins family.
