Meeting Minutes

Roll Call: Cyndie Winchell, Mike Lilley, Mike Huber, and Tom Walter was in attendance.

Approval of Minutes: Mike moved that we accept the minutes, Mike Huber seconded. All agreed.

Financial Information: Mike Lilley presented the financial report. Mike Huber seconded. All agreed.

Public Input:

There was no Public Input.

Old Business:

We disucssed the appropriate signage for the sewer lot and will have a local company build. Both Mike Huber and Tom Walter agreed to install them. We were informed by the police if there are no signs and damages, theft, or illegal dumping occurs we can’t do anything about it legally.
Also discussed was a couple of questionable meter readings.

New Business:

Everyone agreed to pay the Bond payment of $5136. 25.
According to a very reliable source it was explained to Mike Lilley that Sunnymeadows Water and Sewer rates are currently some of the lowest in the valley. Mike Lilley manages our budget and he explained to the board with the high cost of maintenance he is concerned that we may have to look at possilby raising the water rates next year depending on monies spent this year.
There is two board member positions possibly coming open with both Mike Huber and myself. A member is voted in for a four year term. Anyone interested in serving on the board can possibly do so by issuing your name to one of the board members between June 22nd and August 30th of this year. With each meeting a member is paid $30 to volunteer their time. If both Mike and Tom choose to stay with the board these positions will not be open till other board members positions come open.
The leak up on the hill that has accumulated many hours decided to quit leaking all on it’s own.
There are two home owners 90 days past due with their water bills at this time and may have their water shut off.
As a reminder, if a home owner must have their water shut down it will cost $150 for the shut down and another $150 to turn it back on.
