Meeting Minutes

February 4th, 2015 06:00 PM at Lutheran Church

Roll Call: Cyndie Winchill,  Mike Lilley, Mike Huber, Paula Niccum, and Tom Walter  

Approval of Minutes:

Cyndie made motion to accept the minutes; Tom Walter seconded.  All agreed.  

Financial Information: 

Mike Lilley presented the financial report information for the months of September, October, and November.  Mike Huber made motion to accept and Paula Niccum seconded for the month of September.  Mike Huber made motion to accept the financial report for the months of both October and November and Paula Niccum seconded.  Everyone agreed.  

Public Input:The was no public input.   

Old Business: There was no Old Business.

New Business:

  • Discussed was a backup generators in case we lose power for a couple of day.  Mike Huber volunteered to look into the possible costs for both purchasing one and or renting when the need arises.  Mike Lilley was going to speak with Bryan, our water manager to find out the amperage required to assure if needed we would be prepared one way or the other.
