Roll Call: Board members present were: Cyndie Winchell, Mike Lilley, Mike Huber, Paula Niccum, and Tom Walter

Approval of Minutes: Mike Huber made motion to accept and Paula Niccum seconded.

Financial Information: According to Mike Lilley, there was no information available.

Public Input: There was no public input.

Old Business:

Discussed involved one of the home owners whom apparently moved out and still owes on their water bill. Donna is working with her at this time.
There was a mix up by Canyon River Golf Course on whether they were paid or not for the mowing of our sewer lot last fall. According to Cyndie Winchell the golf course was paid by the county on the 6th of November. Canyon River apparently wasn’t sure how to apply the $200 as there was no discription from the County as to what to credit it to.
Brian, our water manager spent two hours on the repairs to the pump house. …

New Business:

There was a resolution to pay the bond payment by Mike Lilley. Paula Niccum made motion to pay and Mike Huber seconded. All members agreed.
It was agreed that Tom Walter would keep the batteries to the meter reader at his house to prevent premature damages in the cold weather…
