Resolution 2006-11 Pre-Approved Expenses

RESOLUTION NUMBER: 2006­-11

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A POLICY FOR PAYING CERTAIN PRE­APPROVED EXPENSES

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SUNNY MEADOWS MISSOULA COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT:

WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7,

Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23  M.C.A.; and

WHEREAS, the District will, from time to time, have expenses which must be processed in a more

timely manner than that allowed by approving each claim at the regular meeting; and

WHEREAS, failure to pay such expenses might result in additional cost or other penalty to the

District; and

WHEREAS, the District must adopt a policy allowing such expenses to get paid in a timely manner;

and

WHEREAS, such policy must still require sufficient District oversight of expenditures by the board.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District adopt the Pre­Approved Expenses policy as

defined in that document dated October 29th, 2006.
