RESOLUTION NUMBER: 2006-11
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A POLICY FOR PAYING CERTAIN PREAPPROVED EXPENSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SUNNY MEADOWS MISSOULA COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7,
Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A.; and
WHEREAS, the District will, from time to time, have expenses which must be processed in a more
timely manner than that allowed by approving each claim at the regular meeting; and
WHEREAS, failure to pay such expenses might result in additional cost or other penalty to the
District; and
WHEREAS, the District must adopt a policy allowing such expenses to get paid in a timely manner;
and
WHEREAS, such policy must still require sufficient District oversight of expenditures by the board.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District adopt the PreApproved Expenses policy as
defined in that document dated October 29th, 2006.
