A resolution authorizing compensation for the board of directors for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SUNNY MEADOWS MISSOULA COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A.; and
WHEREAS, the District has adopted bylaws providing for compensation of directors for each month during which they attended a meeting; and
WHEREAS, the District’s bylaws call for each board member to receive $30 for each month during which they actually attended a meeting; and
WHEREAS, during fiscal year 2014, the various directors attended meeting during months as listed below:
