BOARD MEETING 

September 3rd, 2014 at the Lutheran Church 

Roll Call:

• Board members present were Cyndie Winchell, Mike Lilley, Mike Huber, and 

Tom Walter.

Approval of the Minutes: 

• Mike Lilley made motion to accept the minutes and Mike Huber 2nd. 

Financial Information: 

• There was no financial information available. 

Public Information:

• There was no participation by the public. 

Old Business: 

• Recently, lightning struck our pump house causing some challenging damages to 

some of the electronics. So far the costs have exceeded approximately $3000.00. 

New Business: 

• The rupture in the water line on Ola Street also has generated some large repair 

costs. 

• Due a scheduling change at the Bonner School we will be holding all meetings at 

the Our Savior Lutheran Church till further notice.
