Board Meeting
August 6th, 2014 at the Lutheran Church
• Roll Call: All members are present
• Approval of the Minutes: The minutes were approved. Mike Lilley made
motion to accept and Mike Huber seconded.
• Financial Information: Mike Lilley presented the financial report to the board.
Mike Huber made motion to accept and Paula Niccum seconded.
• Public Input: There was no participation by the public.
• Old Business:
o Contracts for both Brian and Donna were completed
o Tank cleaning was completed recently at a cost of $2200.00.
o A leak was detected and repaired on Ola Drive
• Adjournment: 6:46 pm
