Board Meeting

Roll Call: All board members were present which includes Cyndie Mitchell, Mike Lilley, Mike

Huber, Paula Niccum, and Tom Walter.

Approval of the minutes: Mike Lilley approved the minutes of the last meeting; Mike Huber 2nd.

Everyone agreed.

Financial Information: Mike Lilley presented the financial report. Cyndie Winchell made

motion to accept and Paula Niccum 2nd.Everyone agreed.

Public Input: There was no public input.

Old Business:

• Extra Monthly billing—After presenting to the home owners through the mail to change

the billing period during the winter months it was almost unanimously voted to not

change it. The billing period will stay the same without changes.

• Leak detection—It was established by our water system manager Brian that there is no

detection of any leaks.

• New meter reader—Cyndie indicated that a new water meter was purchased.

New Business:

• It was agreed by Tom Walter that he would see to it that the sewer lot will be mowed by

the Golf Coarse personal in a couple weeks. He also would attempt to seek a letter

indicating it will be ok to have our pump house lot sprayed for weeds.

• Mike Huber agreed to manage the weeds around the well house and well.

• Mike Lilley will prepare for the renewal of our insurance.
