A resolution to appoint a replacement director
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the District was formed in accordance with all pertinent sections of M.C.A and
WHEREAS, the term of District board member Mike Lilley will be up at the end of the year; and
WHEREAS, the District has notified all residents of the opening and solicited replacement candidates; and
WHEREAS, no other resident of the District has volunteered or filed candidacy papers to fill this open position on the board; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.C.A 7-13-2262 the District board has the authority to fill open positions on the board.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District appoint Mike Lilley to fill the vacant position on the Board of the District created by the expiration of his term, for a term of 4 years.
