A resolution authorizing purchase of a new meter reader
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the Kuehn meter which they purchased at the direction of the district uses the new meter reading protocol; and
WHEREAS, our supplier has informed us that all new purchased meters will use the new protocol; and
WHEREAS, our current meter readers are incapable of reading the new protocol; and
WHEREAS, our supplier has provided a quote of $497.43 plus shipping for a new meter reader capable of reading both protocols; and
WHEREAS, the District will need to upgrade to the new protocol as meters are added or replaced.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorize this upgrade to the District meter reader.
