A resolution authorizing a payment to the bonner elementary school
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A.; and
WHEREAS, the District holds its board meetings on the first Thursday of each month; and
WHEREAS, over the past several years, its customary meeting place has been the Bonner Elementary School library; and
WHEREAS, hiring a location for meetings would cost the District a reasonable amount of money; and
WHEREAS, it seems appropriate to make a contribution to the Bonner Elementary School library as a token of our appreciation to them for allowing the District the use of their facilities.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorize a payment to the Bonner Elementary School in the amount of $100.00 (one hundred dollars).
