Board Meeting

Board Members Present

• Cyndie Winchell, Mike Huber, Tom Walter & Paula Niccum

Roll Call

• Cyndie Winchell called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. Mike Huber approved

and Tom Walter seconded. 

Approval of the minutes

• Were not reported

Public Input

• There was no public input. 

Old Business 

• The following items were discussed: Back flow Preventers, Creative plumbing,

Director Compensation.

• Extensive discussion involved contaminated water and where it could be coming

from. 

New Business 

• Remote reader problems were discussed

• Who should repair dysfunctional meters was discussed and will be place on hold

till the next meeting.

• Cyndie Winchell made motion to adjourn—Mike Huber moved and Tom Walter

seconded.
