Roll Call
* Cyndie Winchell called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. Mike Huber
approved and Tom Walter Seconded.
Approval of the Minutes
* Board members approved the minutes for November 4th, 2010
Financial Report
* Cyndie Winchell provided us with the financial report. Mike Huber made
motion to accept and Tom Walter seconded.
Public Input
* There was no public input.
Old Business
* Other than a few minor adjustments the new well pump has been replaced.
Dan Stevens will make those final adjustments.
* The bond payment authorization form has been signed.
New Business
* Adam Pummill has asked the district to provide him with paperwork
verifying that the Krumvieida property has a hookup right to the water
system. Adam is interested in purchasing the property. Resolution 2010-06
was passed by the board to allow him to come onto our water system.
* A motion was passed by board members to bring Paula Niccum onto the board
as a member.
