• Cyndie Winchell called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Mike Lilley approved &

Mike Huber seconded.

Approval of the Minutes

• Board members approved the minutes for February 4th, 2010. Mike Huber made

motion to accept the minutes, Tom Walter seconded.

Financial Report

• Mike Lilley presented the financial report. According to the financial report our

budget is in tract for the year.

• Mike Huber approved the report and Tom Walter seconded.

Final Reading and acceptance of Ordinance No 1-2010

• Ordinance No 1-2010 final reading was read by Cyndie Winchell.

• The board unanimously accepted and signed into law Ordinance No 1-2010.
