Roll Call

• Board members present: President Cyndie Winchell, Mike Lilley, Mike Huber,

and Tom Walter

• Non-members attending: Paula Niccum, Dana Hepp Grof, & Ian Grof

Cyndie Winchell called the meeting to order at 7: 00 P.M. Mike Huber motioned & Mike

Lilley seconded.

Approval of the Minutes

• Board members approved the minutes for December 3rd, 2009

• Mike Lilley made motion, Mike Huber seconded

Financial Report

• December meter sales brought in $2,770. 09—YTD $22,844.42

• Mike Huber approved the minutes of the financial report—Tom Walter seconded.

Public Input

• We like to welcome Dana and Ian Grof to the subdivision.

Old Business

• We discussed the News Letter being sent to all home owners. It will be mailed

out this month. It addresses the new rate system and how it will work and why

we have to make a change.

New Business

• The Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District Ordinance No.

1-2010 was presented to the board by Mike Lilley. Paula Niccum had the honors

of reading it to the board meeting attendees.

• We discussed the sewer system. There are currently 12 users hooked up to the

system. It was discussed the revenue collected by the 12 users was adequate

topay and maintain the system. In other words it does not require monies from the

rest of the home owners.

• At 8:45 Mike Huber made motion to adjourn —-Tom Walter seconded.
