Board of Director’s Meeting

1. Roll Call—Cyndie Winchell called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

2. Approval of the Minutes;

a. Board members affirmed reading last month’s minutes electronically.

b. Bill Engelstad moved, Mike Huber seconded. The minutes from June

2009 were unanimously approved.

3. Public Input—There was no public input.

4. The board discussed possible changes in our rate structure.

5. Adjournment: At 8:45 P.M. Mike Huber –Bill Engelstad seconded, the meeting

unanimously adjourned.
