A resolution authorizing refund of overpayment
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:
WHEREAS, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 M.C.A.; and
WHEREAS, the District has received payments from the Walts substantially in excess of their account balance; and
WHEREAS, the Walts have requested that the District refund their excess payments; and
WHEREAS, the Walts account is in generally good standing; and
WHEREAS, the District has determined that it would be appropriate to refund $413.43 of overpayments to the Walts.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the District authorize a single, one-time payment of $413.43 to the Walts.
