Monthly Meeting Minutes @ the Bonner School Community Room

1. Roll Call

a. President, Mike Lilley, called the meeting to order at 7:04 P.M.

2. Approval of Minutes

a. Tom moved, Bill seconded *** and the minutes from Feb 1st, 2007 were unanimously

approved.

3. Financial Information : Cyndie presented

a. Financial information was deposited with the county midway through the month.

b. There is no report this evening because the county reports will be issued the month after any

transactions. i.e. Next month we will review February.

c. No one is even 30 days past due on their water/sewer bill. THANK YOU TO ALL SUNNY

MEADOW HOMEOWNERS!

4. Public Input: One question was asked about the legislature that will be addressed later.

5. Old Business :

a. Meters. Tabled for next meeting.

6. New Business

a. A recent Missoulian article announced the House Bill 11 was voted down. This bill was vital

to our funding.

i. A partyline vote defeated HB 11. HB 6 is stalled in committee.

ii. There is still the possibility that something may be voted in during the last half of the

legislative session.

iii. Health and safety issues, such as water quality and availability should be a priority

for our representatives.

iv. It is very discouraging that we have spent $45,000 to meet funding agency

requirements, and if the bills do not go through, that money would be lost.

v. The governor can refuse to sign even if it is resurrected.

b. Democrats and republicans differ in philosophy of how to fund the proposals, although it

seemed to be well known that most were supported, including our upgrade. Homeowners are

welcome to contact their representatives. Locally:

Appropriations from house bill 11 and house bill 6 are health and safety issues.
